These are quoted for your business rather than sold off a shelf, because what they cost us depends on how many calls you take, how many locations you run and which platforms you are already paying for. You get the number in writing, in US dollars, before any work starts and before any card is charged.

What a quote commits you to, and what it does not. The written quote states the monthly amount in US dollars, what is included, and the date of the first charge. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice — no minimum term, no cancellation fee. One‑time project work (a website build, or setting up a voice agent) is quoted as a fixed figure before it starts, never as an open‑ended hourly rate. Ask for a quote.

Questions people ask at this point

Does the US$600 renew automatically?

No. Board slots never auto‑renew. We contact you before the twelve months are up and a new term starts only if you agree to it in writing and pay for it.

When exactly do you charge me?

For a board slot, after you have approved the artwork proof — not when you enquire and not when we send the proof. For monthly services, on the same date each month in advance, starting on the date written on your quote.

What if I change my mind?

Before your slot is printed you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund. After printing but before installation we refund everything except the print cost, capped at US$75. The full conditions are in the fulfillment and refund policy.

Why is the board price published but the monthly price is not?

Because a board slot is one fixed thing — one slot, one board, twelve months — so one number is honest. A monthly service is not: the same package costs us very differently for a shop taking 20 calls a week and one taking 200. Publishing a single figure for it would mean over‑charging one of them.

Payment, tax and currency

Currency

All prices are quoted and charged in United States dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee, which Pembermoor does not receive and cannot refund.

Tax

Prices exclude any state or local tax that may apply to the service in your jurisdiction. Where a tax applies, it is shown as a separate line on your invoice before you pay.

Accepted methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and US bank transfer (ACH). Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Pembermoor never receives, transmits or stores your full card number.

When we charge

For board slots, after you have approved the artwork proof. For monthly services, on the same date each month in advance, until you cancel. Nothing renews automatically at the end of a 12‑month board term.

Promotions. If we offer a discount, a free month or a trial, the conditions, the end date and the price that applies afterwards are stated in writing on your quote and on your invoice before you pay. We do not run offers that convert to a paid subscription without your written agreement.
