Local advertising · United States
Pembermoor builds and places free community boards in restaurants, cafés, barbershops and service counters. Each board carries six advertising slots. Each slot belongs to one business, in one category, for twelve months.
US$600 per slot for a 12‑month term. Design, printing, installation and maintenance included. No automatic renewal.

Pembermoor Systems LLC, formed in Wyoming on 28 September 2026, filing ID 2026‑002092787. Searchable in the Wyoming Secretary of State business database under our exact name.
US$600 per slot for twelve months, on the pricing page, with what it includes and what it does not. No tiers to decode and no “contact us for pricing” on the thing you actually buy.
You see the artwork proof first. Until it is printed you can cancel for a full refund — the conditions are written down in the refund policy, not left to goodwill.
We started in 2026, so we are not going to show you a wall of testimonials we do not have. These three things are verifiable today, and photographs of installed boards go here as they go up.
What US$600 buys
This is the whole product. There is no setup fee, no design fee, no monthly invoice, and nothing is shipped to you. We do the work and it goes on a wall.
01
A printed area of roughly 7.5 × 4.7 in on a Pembermoor board inside a venue in your service area, for twelve months from the day it goes up.
02
We design it from your logo and copy, with two rounds of revisions before anything is printed. You approve a proof, and only then do we charge you.
03
One business per trade per board. You are not mounted beside your direct competitor for the whole term.
04
We build, print and mount it, and send you a dated photograph of your slot in place within three business days.
05
Cleaning, re‑mounting, replacement if damaged. If the venue closes we relocate your slot to a comparable one at no cost.
06
Change your offer mid‑term once, free. A second change is quoted and approved before any work starts.
How it works
Restaurants, cafés, tyre and tint shops, barbershops, clinics. The venue pays nothing at any point and signs no minimum term.
We build it, print it and mount it, then keep it clean and current for as long as it hangs. Removal on request takes up to 10 business days.
One business per category per board. Each slot runs for twelve months from the day it is installed.
Each advertiser may change artwork once mid‑term at no cost. Reprints for a new offer are quoted before any work starts.

Questions we get first
Per twelve‑month term, paid once at the start. It is not a subscription and it does not renew automatically — we contact you before the term ends and you decide.
One printed slot on one board, roughly 7.5 × 4.7 inches, for twelve months; the artwork design for that slot including two rounds of revisions; printing; installation; a photograph of your slot in place; ongoing maintenance of the board; and one free artwork change during the term. Full specification.
You can tell us the venues or the area you want and we will place you there if a slot in your category is open. We cannot guarantee a specific named venue in advance, because a venue can decline or close. If we cannot place you where you asked, we offer an alternative or a full refund before anything is printed.
We relocate your slot to a comparable venue at no cost. If we cannot relocate it within 30 days, we refund the unused months on a pro‑rata basis. Read the refund policy.
By Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, or by US bank transfer. Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Pembermoor never receives, transmits or stores your full card number.
Where to start
I run a local business
You have a trade and a service area, and you want to be on a wall people already face. Tell us the trade and the zip code and we say which boards still have your category open.
Example: a window‑tint shop in Fort Collins.
I run a venue
You have a waiting area, a queue or an entrance where people stand still. Hosting costs you nothing, ever, and the top half of the board is yours for community notices.
Example: a 40‑seat diner on College Avenue.
I already have a slot
The board is up and now the problem is the phone nobody answers, the reviews nobody asks for, the website from 2016. We do that work — but only for businesses already on a board.
Example: a three‑van HVAC company.
Advertisers who take a slot often end up asking us to look at their website, their reviews or the calls they are missing. We do that work, but only for businesses we already have on a board, and it is a separate conversation once the slot is up. What that involves.
We will tell you which boards near you still have your category open, and what the wall looks like. No obligation, and no payment is taken until you have approved a proof.
